Text for Search Engine Optimisation
This new Irish sub-contract ( job shop, works ) company, based in Galway, Ireland, will
aim to provide a complete manufacturing service to its clients in the medical device,
electronics, aerospace, automotive and precision engineering sectors. Engineering
processes will include marking, cutting, welding, drilling, scribing, engraving, etching,
micromachining, and ablation. Most materials will be processed including:
Metals: stainless steel, kovar, silver, gold, titanium, copper, aluminium, nitinol, monel,
inconel, ( aerospace alloys )
Polymer / Plastic: PEBAX, PET, polyurethane ( PU ), kapton, polyimide, polyamide, nylon,
Ceramic: alumina .
The following applications will be
catered for:
Electronics: microvia drilling, flex circuitry, soldering, ceramic profiling, kapton
profiling
Medical device: stents, welded components, cannulae, catheter, balloon, filter
Aeropace: vanes, combustion liners, turbines, struts,
Automotive: cable marking
Engineering: injection / blow mould ( mold ) engraving , tampo / tampon print
plates, aperture, orifice
